Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I have to inform you of some recent changes at Power in Praise that affects us all. Effective immediately Power in Praise Ministries is no longer meeting at:

Power in Praise Ministries, Inc. 12906-B Jefferson Ave. Newport News, VA 23602

Because of this period of transition, weekly bible study and office hours are canceled until further notice. Counseling sessions will still be conducted. Just contact Power in Praise ministries for an appointment. This is sad news I know, but "all things work for the good . . .”

Since we no longer have the responsibility of maintaining a building, Power in Praise will have more so to “feed the hungry” and to” cloth the naked”.

As we enter this season of thanks, giving, and love, I want to personally encourage you to continue your gracious support of this ministry. As you cheerfully give, bless, and support Power in Praise; Power in Praise can cheerfully, give, support and bless the needy.

Pray a smooth transition through these turbulent times for us would you please.
Pray that we wait on the Lord and that we do not get out in front of God.
And finally, pray and seek the Lord concerning your financial support of us.

And when you pray consider II Corinthians 9:7

"Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver".
